Congratulations to Darrell Leimback AVERY M3 Control Player
At the Pacific Northwest (PNW) Section's 4.5 Senior Men's Championship at Sun River, Oregon... Darrell and partner Doug Ruffin did not lose a set in four matches and their Harbor Square team won the event making them the PNW representative for the upcoming USTA 4.5 Senior Men's National Championship in October!

Hi again from the Frozen North...Notch a win for Avery Racquets as my partner and I came thru in the Men's 45 doubles at the Northwest Washington Tournament. We went in as the #1 seed and defeated the #2 seed in a three setter in the final. The racquets handled perfectly, I continue to be amazed at how nimble they are around the net on quick exchanges. More great exposure for the racquets, we played the final in front of everyone on their #1 court!

Darrel Leimback - Sponsored M3 Control Player

Good day...news from the front. I took my new racquets, after three days with them, into my first tournament of the year this past weekend and had very good results. I lost (to my doubles partner!) in the 50's singles semi's and he went on to win. We then made it to the doubles final before falling to the #1 seeds. My son took the picture as we came off the doubles court...I was going to hold the prize money check up, but he said that would be too cheesy. The racquets feel GREAT, 1st serve % was in the 80's and I only had 3 double faults the entire tournament! Really expecting a good year, got another one this weekend in Kirkland.

The racquets are getting great exposure....thx, DL

Peter is a member of the New England team which recently competed in the annual Atlantic Coast Cup consisting of New England, Mid Atlantic, Middle States and the Eastern sections of the USTA. He won 2 out of 3 singles matches (on clay) over two days, hosted this year at a private country club in the Bronx, NY. Team New England beat Mid Atlantic, their first match, on Saturday May 17, 2007, then beat Middle States later that day. They then defeated the always heavily favored East on Sunday for the title, 4 matches to 3.

Congratulations to Kerry Fischel (Sponsored M3 Power Player). Kerry reached the semi-finals of the 2007 Men's 3.5 Division of the prestigious City of Naples Championships before bowing out. The Men's 3.5 had one of the biggest draws at the annual event that had over 600 entrants.

"The M3 Power is a breath of fresh air. So many of today's modern rackets are becoming lighter and less powerful. The M3 Power has kept what has proven to work so well in the hands of the most critical customers, the playing pros. As advertising dollars are spent to attract more recreational players most of today's rackets miss the target of what's important, racket head speed and spin of the ball. With a 16x19 string pattern this optimizes spin compared to 18-20 designs, the balance and overall weight is recognized only by those who really know the game. I think Tom Avery hit this one out of the park!"
Peter Prinos, Foxboro, Massachusetts, NTRP Rating 6.0, M3 Power Player In 2005 Peter ranked #1 in the Men's 45's USTA New England Section and is currently at #1 for 2006.

"I've tried many racquets including most of the major brands and a few of the others and I think the Avery is the best one all around. I've enjoyed it from the first time I hit with it, I'm very happy with it. Right now I'm between a 3.5-4.0, coming back from shoulder surgery. It's going very well and I think I'm finally getting back up there."
Nancy Garrigan, AVERY M3 Control Player, Jensen Beach, FL

"It's heavier than the other ones I used to use but, I have more control over where the ball goes and I can get it in with less effort."
Nicole Martinez, AVERY M3 Control Player Gulf Coast High School Team, Naples,FL

"Heavier racquets are more comfortable to use and easier on the body. I chose the M3 because it's greater weight acts as a shock absorber, lessening the stress on my wrist, arm and elbow. I also have found that the heavier racquets reduce torque. Both advantages improve ball control. The headlight balance made the M3 very maneuverable and I did not sustain any loss of racquet head speed. I fully endorse the M3 racquet, when playing I cannot tell where my hand ends and the racquet begins."
Keith Simon, M.D., AVERY M3 Control Player Brandon, Florida
